I would like to hear from people who have met Eric. If you want to share your story, please mail me. I just want to say that Eric was really cool when I met him. He signed a card and wrote a nice note to my neice who was battling Cancer. She was absolutely thrilled. Personally, Local Boys is one of my all time favorite movies. It's very well written, interesting, beautiful, and "real". Eric proved he is a real talent in that film. I'm surrounded by "stars" and rarely impressed with them. But, Eric is the real deal. - Elijah So i never really met him but my friend Crystal and I use to be mega fans of GET REAL and were part of the GET REAL FAN CLUB back in 2000.[feel free to laugh] He use to write to us online at the Fox site. So we virtually met him and I must say we were all pretty sprung. Myself more than Crystal, I'm afraid. but then again I was very young...[my defence, lol] He was just the sweetest guy. Very down to earth, very charming. And Crystal and I both got autograph pics from him, amongst other stuff. But as a whole it was a pleasent memory to look back on.
