Encore Magazine took a picture of The Thing teaser poster at the 65th Australian International Movie Convention. They were asked to remove the pic by Universal Pictures Australia. However, Gordon and the Whale still has the pic of the teaser up at their site. |

Ausiello: It’ll be the “Kensi and Marty Deeks show,” reveals exec producer Shane Brennan, referring to the spin-off’s nascent crime-solving duo played by Daniela Ruah and newly-minted series regular Eric Christian Olsen. “The banter they are writing for us is hilarious,” adds Ruah. “I burst out laughing during table reads. I think our viewers are going to really appreciate the addition [of Eric].” |

ERIC JOINS NCIS: LA AS SERIES REGULAR!

Great news for Eric and his fans! He has joined the cast of NCIS: LA as a series regular. Eric appeared twice during the first season as Marty Deeks and will reprise his role in the second season.

This just in: Eric Christian Olsen—who recurred on NCIS: LA last season as LAPD liaison Marty Deeks—has been promoted to a full-fledged series regular, CBS confirms.
“We are thrilled to have Eric join the cast,” said executive producer Shane Brennan in a statement. “He has already proved himself to be a great asset and invaluable member of the team, and Eric’s fans will be delighted to see what we have in store for him.”
NCIS: LA‘s second season kicks off with a two-hour episode on Sept. 21. |
While I've only seen Eric's first appearance on the show, in the ep "Hand-to-Hand" (#1.19), I really liked his character. This is very exciting news! |
In 2005, Eric had a recurring role on season 2 of Tru Calling, starring Eliza Dushku, Zach Galifianakis, Lizzy Caplan and AJ Cook. Back in the day, my friend Melissa made clips for ECO Online.
